Together they carry one purpose: the younger generation of Pakistan, the underprivileged especially. The work began from the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, poverty alleviation first, and serves Goals 1, 4, 5, 8 and 10.

An e-lecturing platform, an initiative of Unsung Achievers. Three complete university courses, recorded lesson by lesson and free to watch in Urdu and English: Corporate Governance (19 lessons), Research Tools and Techniques (15) and Introduction to Entrepreneurship (11).
Noor-e-Ilm means the light of knowledge. It is the on-site wing: career and psychological counselling, mentoring and awareness sessions taken into public schools and colleges, and visits that bring students to universities and workplaces, by alumni, students, teachers and professionals who give their time. Through partners and donors, as resources allow, it also works to connect students to scholarships, internships, first jobs, help starting an enterprise, and essentials such as laptops, phones, shoes and uniforms. Designed in 2024; the on-site programme starts in February 2027, and its resources and funding are being arranged now.
Founded by Dr. Rana Nadir Idrees. Three doors, one house: a story shows what is possible, a course makes it a skill, and a conversation helps a young person choose the road.
Avacast is the AI-enabled academic broadcasting format that Dr. Nadir and Dr. Rao Muhammad Adeel Nawab built together in 2025. Episode 29 of Unsung Achievers is the world's first Avacast.
Inspiration is Stories, education is Courses, career guidance is Outreach. Together the three wings and the Research Bulletin are the working programme of CSIC, run as a Social Sciences Laboratory: research, teaching and community outreach done in the open, on the platforms and the media surfaces built around them, since 2024.
Founded and self-funded by Dr. Rana Nadir Idrees since 2024. The three wings run in their own names, and CSIC's model is offered to any university that wants to build on it.
